
ABOUT ME
I live in London and have been in the fitness industry since 2010. I have an Honours Degree (BSc) in Fitness and Personal Training and a REPS Level 3 qualification.
My training covered all aspects of fitness including sports conditioning, physiology, psychology, nutrition and I have also studied movement and performance analysis.
My extensive knowledge in my field continues to grow with
my experience, working with a wide range of clients, both on
a one-to-one and group basis. From this, I've gained a solid understanding of how the human body works and how best to get results.
WHAT I OFFER
I understand that everyone has different abilities, lifestyles
and needs. With this in mind, I build very strong relationships with my clients because I take an individual interest, assess your fitness needs and design your programmes specifically
to address your goals. I keep clients motivated by varying the experience, regularly monitoring progress and setting challenging but achievable targets. I love my work and feel
that my enthusiasm and positivity is another factor in keeping my clients coming back.
